本論文的目的在以權力結構的觀點分析目前國內臨床心理師在精神醫療組織中的地位。本研究以問卷調查法對45位臨床心理師、三位精神科醫師、一位社工人員及一位職能治療師，結果發現:在精神醫療組織中，醫師對於治療病人計畫之安排的決策權較臨床心理師為大。
英文摘要:
This research was aimend to examine the position of clinical psycholo-gists in the power structrue of contemporary Taiwan psychiatric hospitals.The method of depth interview was adoped to interview 6 clinical phychologists,3 psychi-atrsts, 1 social worker,and 1occupational therapist.
