本研究的主要目的在探討影響國中教師氣憤程度的相關因素，以作為研擬降低氣憤情緒管理策略之參考。研究以全省932位國中教師為對象，施測「氣憤程度量表」、「歸因量表」、「自我肯定量表」及「非理性信念量表」。
英文摘要:
The purpose of this study were to investigate the factors influencing teacher's anger intensity.In this study,several self-report scales were administrated to 932 teachers form junior high schools.
